And then there were 3—Our Williamsburg location is finally open! We’re so excited to welcome you into our newest cafe. This Issue we’ll explore behind some of the design choices, selected by Ivana.
Ivana first met artist Parme through a mutual friend and was immediately drawn to her energy. She had admired her paintings for some time, especially the way they tackle motherhood with honesty and power. When Parme asked about exhibiting at Rhythm Zero, Ivana agreed on the spot, confident that the work would resonate with the café’s community.
In this newest space, Ivana introduced a burgundy palette to the interior. “I rarely play with strong color, so this felt like a leap,” Ivana admits. “But burgundy struck the perfect balance: elegant yet grounded. It gave us permission to be a little daring.” The result is a cohesive dialogue between art and environment: fearless work framed by a hue that’s just as confident.
